Let’s lift the veil on the breath I keep mentioning. Spiral breathing is the original inhale-exhale you were born with before stress chopped it into pieces. It is a slow, continuous swirl of air that moves up the spine and back down the front of the body like a golden ribbon. No hard stops, no noisy gulps, just one gentle loop that feels like an inner hug.
