What they are

Tiny seeds.
Big nervous system reset.

Ear seeds are small adhesive stickers, traditionally made from the seed of the vaccaria plant, and in our version finished with a Swarovski crystal. They are placed on specific acupressure points on the outer ear.

Each point corresponds to an area of the body or nervous system. A gentle press throughout the day stimulates that point, the same way an acupuncturist would with a needle. Only softer, wearable, and yours to keep.

Think of them as jewelry that works. A daily ritual disguised as sparkle.

Where they came from

2,500 years of auricular medicine.

The roots of ear seeds trace back to Traditional Chinese Medicine, where the ear was mapped as a microsystem of the entire body. An upside down miniature of you, with points for every organ, emotion, and nerve.

In the 1950s, French neurologist Dr. Paul Nogier formalized auriculotherapy in the West, and clinics from acupuncturists to addiction programs (the well known NADA protocol) began using ear stimulation for stress, anxiety, sleep, and emotional regulation.

Modern ear seeds are the take home version of that practice. Non invasive, needle free, and designed to keep working long after you leave the treatment room.

Why wear them

A reset you can wear.

Calm on demand

A discreet press during a tense meeting, a flight, or a hard text. Your nervous system gets a cue to soften.

Stress & anxiety

The Shen Men, Point Zero, and Sympathetic points are classic in protocols for daily overwhelm and racing thoughts.

Better sleep

Worn overnight, ear seeds support the body's wind down, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep.

Focus & balance

Subcortex and Kidney points help anchor scattered energy. Clarity without caffeine.

Beautifully wearable

Swarovski crystal finishes mean they read as tiny earrings, not a medical device.

Take home ritual

All the benefits of an acupuncture session in a two second daily practice that lives with you.

How to use

Six steps. Two seconds a day.

A simple ritual you can do at your bathroom mirror in under a minute.

  1. 01

    Cleanse

Wipe the outer ear with a gentle cleanser or alcohol pad. Let it dry completely so the adhesive holds.

  2. 02

    Choose your points

Use the placement card to find Shen Men, Point Zero, Subcortex, Sympathetic, and Kidney.

  3. 03

    Place with tweezers

Pick up a seed with the included tweezers. Press firmly onto each point so it sticks flat.

  4. 04

    Activate

Gently press each seed 2 to 3 times. You may feel a soft warmth or pulse. That is the point waking up.

  5. 05

    Throughout the day

Press each seed for 10 to 30 seconds whenever you feel tense, scattered, or anxious.

  6. 06

    Wear and refresh

Keep them on 2 to 5 days. Remove with tweezers, cleanse the ear, and apply a fresh set.

My anxiety has not been this quiet in years.

I put them on before a flight and barely noticed I was nervous. By day three I was pressing them anytime I felt my chest tighten. I am on my second pack already.

I sleep through the night now.

I am a chronic 3am wake up girl. Wore the Stillness set for four days straight and slept full nights both weekends. Cannot believe something this small actually works.

Looks like an earring, feels like therapy.

I am picky about anything I put near my face and these are gorgeous. Sympathetic point was the game changer for my work stress. Pressing it through a hard meeting actually calmed me down.

Better than my magnesium routine.

I was skeptical, but the difference in my morning anxiety is real. I do not feel that wired buzzing feeling when I wake up anymore. The placement card made it so easy.

My nervous system feels held.

I have been in therapy for years and this is the first physical tool that actually does what it says. Press a seed, take a breath, feel my shoulders drop. It is that simple.

Obsessed. Telling every friend.

Did the full five point protocol before a wedding I was hosting and stayed grounded all night. People kept asking what was on my ear and I said relax it is jewelry that works.

FAQ

Ear seed questions

Do ear seeds actually work?+

Yes. Ear seeds work by stimulating acupressure points on the outer ear, the same points used in auricular acupuncture for over 2,500 years. Most people feel a softening within minutes of pressing, and noticeable shifts in stress, sleep, or focus within a few days of consistent wear.

Do they hurt?+

Not at all. The crystals sit on the surface of the skin, held by a tiny adhesive sticker. You may feel a soft warmth or pulse when you press, which is the point activating. There are no needles and nothing pierces the skin.

How long can I wear them?+

Wear each set for 2 to 5 days. After that, gently remove with tweezers, cleanse the ear, and apply a fresh set if you want to continue the practice.

Can I shower, sleep, and exercise with them on?+

Yes. The adhesive is water resistant. Pat the ear dry after showering and avoid scrubbing directly on the seeds. They are designed to stay put through workouts and sleep.

Are they safe during pregnancy?+

Some acupressure points are not recommended during pregnancy. Please check with your OB or a licensed acupuncturist before using ear seeds if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.

Are they safe for kids?+

We recommend ear seeds for ages 12 and up. Younger children can have very sensitive skin and may pull them off, which is a choking hazard.

What if my skin is sensitive?+

The adhesive is latex free and hypoallergenic. If you have known adhesive allergies, do a small patch test on the inner arm for 24 hours before placing one on your ear.

How fast will I feel something?+

Many people feel calmer within the first press. For deeper shifts in sleep, anxiety, or focus, give the practice at least one full week of consistent daily pressing.

Can I reuse the tweezers?+

Yes. The pink precision tweezers are reusable. Wipe them with alcohol between uses to keep them clean.

What is your return policy?+

For hygiene reasons, ear seeds are final sale once the pack is opened. Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Not a medical device. Wellness support only.

How to use this as a tool

Ear seeds, as a tiny daily nervous system tool.

  1. 1.Press gently on a seed when you feel stressed, tense, or scattered.
  2. 2.Hold for 3 slow breaths, inhale 4, exhale 6.
  3. 3.Move to another seed if you want a different point.
  4. 4.Use through the day, before a call, in traffic, before bed.

Pairs beautifully with humming, cold water on the face, or a slow walk.
