Kristi Spiral is an Indigenous woman-owned shop of botanical body care, journaling tools, and slow-living pieces made to soothe the nervous system and bring you back to your body.

I grew up between Brazil and the U.S., surrounded by ancestral Amazonian remedies and the hum of modern life. Kristi Spiral is the bridge between those worlds: earth grown ingredients and tactile little moments, presented in a way that feels fun, feminine, and very today.

Everything here is made to help you slow down and feel more connected to yourself. Some things are soft and playful. Some feel more rooted in plant beauty and warmth. But all of it is meant to bring you back to your body in a way that feels beautiful, supportive, and easy to return to.

You'll find blue lotus and Amazonian oils, body care for day and night, herbal bath and shower rituals, ear seeds, journaling kits, and other little tools for slowing down. Every product is created with intention and chosen to feel good in your hands, in your routine, and in your life.
